Tanjung Cina Terjun has crystal blue clear water that attracts the guest and travelers around the world, but not the only reason why it is popular. Tanjung Cina Terjun is popular for having an extraordinary underwater treasure. It qualifies as a macro photographer’s wonderland. People here call it “eel and lionfish city” for having lots of eels and lionfish canvassing the area.

As you went down, you can see a bunch of sharks with different kind such as small cat sharks, bamboo sharks and leopard sharks riding the currents. On the sandy bottom, you can find a house full of stingrays, scorpionfish and stonefish lie hidden away against corals. The lionfish and porcupine fish shelter amidst a garden of sea whips. At depth of 18 meters in fairly calm waters, shine your torch into a hole or crevice at night and you will find a cluster of eels laying on a sandy floor.
